Originally from Ireland, Alison's a great communicator. Always calm and composed, she makes people feel comfortable immediately. With ten years of training under a master painter and five more years in her own business prior to Heather & French, she possess a deep knowledge of the trade. Alison has the rare ability to look at a space and to see how it can be transformed.

Jill French -- Owner, Production Manager
High-energy, high standards and the ability to motivate others are what make Jill such a talented production manager. With 16 years in the trade, she is strategic and efficient and has an amazing capacity with details. She is always interested in new products and application techniques. Since the industry is constantly changing Jill's ability to keep current with technical information is invaluable to Heather and French.

Marie-Laure Bastide-- Project Supervisor
Originally from France, Marie-Laure brings twenty years of experience to our team. She was one of the first women to be admitted into The Southern California Painters and Allied Trades Union. She's a mentor and develops ongoing training for the crew. She has a great ability to connect with clients and an eye for color.

Jacqueline Dominguez -- Project Supervisor
A strong leader and dedicated team player, Jacqui has been in the trade since 2000 and with Heather & French since day one. As a supervisor, she's a great asset to our company. She is conscientious and gives herself whole heartedly to her projects.
